The Company has requested the support of MACFIN to review and integrate its Privacy framework with reference to the entry into force of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Project included the preparation of the organizational documents required by the reference regulations and the Personal Data Processing Register.
Goals

the internal structures in the preparation of organizational documentation regarding the GDPR framework (procedures and guidelines)
Activities
Preliminary analysis
of the organizational structure and control of privacy and data protection through the examination of the relevant internal regulations and the development of some interviews with the process owners
Carrying out a Gap Analysis
according to the overall framework of privacy and data protection (i.e. organizational structure, roles and responsibilities, information flows, controls, etc.)
Support
in the elaboration of the Personal Data Processing Register and the following documents: Data protection guidelines (i.e. compliance with personal data protection requirements and related roles and responsibilities), Data breach procedure (i.e. compliance management, notification to the Authority, etc.), Procedure for the exercise of the rights of the parties concerned
